Stirrup jar (amphora with a false spout) [Π 10344]
Inscribed stirrup jar; flat, round base and slender, piriform body. The false spout is set on top of the vessel with a pair of vertical, slightly elevated neck-handles; the functional spout is set on the shoulder. Red curvilinear bands enlace the handles and spout. The ridge of the handles and the disc of the false spout are decorated with a painted wavy band; another band runs the shoulder. On the upper half are preserved three Linear B signs followed by a separation line and part of a fourth sign.
