Clay figurine of Phallic “Silenus” [Π 5707]
Clay figurine of a standing “Silenus”. The male figure is represented almost naked. The phallus is showing. The terracotta figurine was found in the cave of Agrokipio. (Sileni, like Satyrs, were mythical, ithyphallic creatures with human body and head, equine legs and tail). This exhibit is dated to the 4th cent. BC.
